When Topica sends you a confirmation email, just reply to that email to join. If you go to their website, they'll lead you through a bunch of ads before you can join. But don't worry, Topica won't spam you after you sign up, it's just that initial deluge of ads that try to get ya. I've been with Topica for years and have never had a problem with them. Promise.
